Service Consultations For Colour or Hair Extension Services
A $50 booking fee will be applied to secure your spot. This fee will be applied towards your service if you choose to proceed with the service.
First Time Clients
There is a non-refundable deposit to be made on all services. Your appointment bookings will be confirmed and held once the deposit is in place. The non-refundable deposit is used towards your first appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment or is a no-show, you will not be
rebooked or refunded.
Colour Services – $100 deposit
Colour Change or Hair Extension Services – $200 deposit
All payments can be made in person or by e-transfer.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS POLICY FOR COLOUR AND EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS
We do understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a high level of service for you and as well as others.
Due to a large block of time needed for these services, if appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or a no show, the deposit fee will be forfeited. We will require 50% deposit for all future bookings.
You will be sent a reminder 2 days before your appointment via text or email. The reminder will give you an option to confirm.
We at Blue Gemini Hair Studio try to accommodate late arrivals when scheduling permits. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the services you are booked for.

OUR SATISFACTION POLICY
We do our best at Blue Gemini and take client’s feedback very seriously. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, your original stylist will gladly adjust your cut or colour with 7 days of your original appointment. No refunds on services.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE POLICY ON PRODUCTS
Clients are welcome to exchange or return new, unused products within 15 days of purchase. We
do not offer refunds for used products.
Any cancellation or changes in appointments must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled appointments; otherwise,
the deposit will be forfeited. Clients arriving for appointments 30 minutes late or more will have to reschedule
